Procedure for Registration/Admission & Withdrawal

Admission is open to the students for the classes Nursery to IX and XI. New admission are based on written entrance test and interview to the satisfaction of the Principal. Maximum age for admission to LKG is three plus on 31 March. Registration starts in the month of February. Registration forms and Prospectus are available at the school office. Birth certificate from the Registrar (Birth/Death), Adhaar Card and progress report from the previous school along with two passport size photograph of the pupil, are to be produced at the time of admission. Failure from other school need not approach us. The registered children have to appear in an admission test. The date of the same is informed on the spot. In case of admission in LKG, a formal interview of the children and his/her parents is held. In rest of the classes, admissions are given strictly on the basis of the performance of the child in entrance test and availability of the seats. Final decision regarding admission rests on the Principal. Application for the withdrawal from the school is required to be sent to the Principal by the parents or guardian of the student a month in advance. A clearance certificate regarding payment of dues, return of library books, sports items etc. should be attached with the application. School dues are charged upto the date of issue of the school leaving certificate. A student who has once left the school is normally not readmitted unless there is a very convincing ground for the same. The Principal has the right to expel any student who is found guilty of gross misconduct, irregular attendance and unsatisfactory academic progress. His decision in this regard is final. The students can opt the following subjects in XI standard:- English (Compulsory) Other Four/Five elective subjects may be choosen from the following combination:- Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Economics, Computer Science, Information Practices, Business Studies, Accountancy and Physical Education. Note : 1. Admission will be granted on the availability of the seats in the class for which admission is sought. 2. Any type of fee once deposited will not be refunded.
